Be a "Friend of Little Smiles" and make a difference today!!

Wii A friend is often defined as a person that is there for you when you are down, will get you anything you need and often knows what you want. That is why Little Smiles started the Friends of Little Smiles program.

Often people would like to help others but do not know how. The Friends of Little Smiles Program was designed for the purpose of allowing you to help children in hospitals with the "little things" while they are in the hospital. You can help for as "little" as $5.00 per month.

What is the $5.00 used for?

Junk Food

Pizza

Pizza for the children of the floor each week. The pizza order will be called in by the nurses of the floor and delivered directly to the floor for the children. This will make you smile each Thursday or Friday knowing you did something for others that day.
With your donation, "Fun food", healthy snacks, juice, water and small toys will be delivered during the Little Smiles Fun Food runs.
For the girls, a "Virginia" makeup box will be delivered for the teen agers when appropriate. This box will include general makeup for the teen age girls that they will often use while in the hospital.
General requests received from the floor nurses for the children of the floor.

JFR Little Smiles will send you email notifications of each Little Smiles Junk Food Run or toy delivery. Little Smiles will involve you in our endeavors through email and pictures from the run.

Why your donation is needed?

As Little Smiles expands we often find it difficult to get fun food to each hospital it serves. The ability to have a constant inflow of donations for a specific purpose allows Little Smiles to direct funds to the fun food runs for the children.

Little Smiles was formed because...

Little Smiles was created to offer the "little things" that are not often available to the children in the hospital through their medical staff and child life liaisons. The goal of the organization is to create Little Smiles on the faces of all the children we meet! everyday in hospitals and shelters. Your support will allow this cause to continue every month.
